Often, one-of-a-kind artist-made lampwork glass beads are used in our designs.
These are glass, and must be treated with care because they are glass. If a glass
bead breaks, we will repair the item with as similar a bead as we can find, but
keep in mind that these glass beads are truly one-of-a-kind. In other words, if
your glass bead necklace breaks, it may have a slightly different look when
repaired. Our record is pretty good so far -- out of all the jewelry we've sold,
we've only had two items come back to us and each of those were quick and
