jewelery as unique as the woman wearing it™

I was speaking with my friend Kim at work about my upcoming wedding and mentioned that I was looking to have necklaces designed for my bridesmaids as their gift. Kim told me that her Mother-in-law makes jewelry, and that she would put the two of us in contact. A few days later, her Mother-in-law, Kay, sent me a link to some of the fabulous jewelry she had created. A couple of weeks later, I met Kay at her home and saw her beautiful work in person; I was so impressed with the quality and workmanship! I gave her my wedding colors, descriptions of the bridesmaids' and flower girls' dresses, explained that I wanted them to be of the same colors but to be different as each bridesmaid was wearing a different style dress. Kay’s creativity then took over. When I stopped by a few weeks later to see what she had come up with, I got goose bumps… the jewelry were more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. They were all of the same color pallet, but each had its own personality and it’s like she knew each one of my bridesmaids as they matched their personalities TOO. Overall, I feel blessed to have stumbled across Kay and her talents… my wedding is going to be fabulous and the jewelry is going to make it that much more beautiful… oh… and the bridesmaids plan on wearing their gorgeous gifts again and again in the future! Thanks Kay! Deanna Wohlgemuth | Director of Operations, TGI Friday's USA

I have a passion for jewelry, with a distinct love for colored stones and pieces that are unique. Kay has been my best friend since we were six years old, believe me, that has been a wonderfully long time. I have watched her grow into an artist with many facets. Her unique ability to make jewelry equals no other, in my mind. You can simply call her and give a rough idea for what kind of pieces you want, color and beads, if you know. What she is able to create will take your breath away. I personally have done this on many occasions and have always been amazed and thrilled with the finished product. Each is an individual work of art, a special treasure to the lucky one who wears it. I know when I wear that beautifully creative piece, it is mine and mine alone and I will never run into another one like it. I feel very blessed to have such a wonderful, gifted person in my life.

I met Kay several years ago when I bought my first CopperSunDesigns piece at a jewelry show - a wonderfully whimsical necklace made from black & white kukui nuts, antique carved leather beads and Greek terra cotta beads dipped in silver. It was the beginning of a great friendship with Kay and lots of fabulous jewelry for me. Kay is a bit of a night owl and if I did not have a demanding day job, I would be right there with her! She has such a tremendously keen, artistic eye - her designs are unique, versatile, tasteful and captivating. Her jewelry speaks to me! So many are simply one of kind. Her craftsmanship is especially meticulous and elegant and she is so, so talented! I own so many of her pieces I have lost count - necklaces, earrings, and bracelets - dozens and dozens and dozens - made with pearls, different colors of jade, hand made glass beads, crystals, silver, turquoise, jasper, quartz, coral, lava rock and more! Ask Kay about the glass beads - those are her favorites! Each bead is an interesting treasure with its own life and story. I have given her jewelry as gifts to my friends and relatives and they are always thrilled by the special baubles. I receive so many compliments when I wear her pieces. You will love Kay's designs - she can make anything for you! You are not fully dressed until you finish your outfit with one of her creations!

Copper Sun Designs, featuring the one-of-a-kind exquisite custom jewelry by artisan Kay Parker, offers the most fabulous jewelry shopping experience a "Girl Could Ever Imagine"!!! I have been "Experiencing" her luscious designs for many years...
You will find when wearing these gorgeous original art pieces, others will not only "Take Notice" of your discriminating taste, they will be emboldened to ask where in the world you had them commissioned!!! I found that to be the case last summer in The Bahamas at the Atlantis Resort, even in the hotel shops where beautiful jewelry is readily available... Several of the designers there asked me at which shop I found the pieces I was wearing!!!
We are going to Hawaii in December and you can bet your bottom dollar Kay Parker will have finished her latest masterpieces for me to take along!!! There is one last comment I must make... The only thing missing with your "Copper Sun Design Experience" is the warning label that it could very well become habit forming!!! -- Carol Bishop, Waxahachie TX

My husband and I are frequent travelers and have been for many years. Since meeting my new best friend, Kay Parker, with CopperSunDesigns, packing is a breeze! I simply decide which of my original "work of art" jewelry designs I am inspired to wear to fit the occasion and then go to my closet to pick out the clothes. In the beginning, I simply took some clothes to her to design my jewelry to match. Now that I have so much of her fabulous jewelry, this new way is much better. I used to only want gift cards to Home Depot for birthdays and Christmas to use towards my home or my flower gardens, from now on I want gift certificates to CopperSunDesigns. What a pleasure it is to continually be given complements about the jewelry that you are wearing, knowing that you will not see it on another soul anytime or anywhere. God has truly blessed Kay with this remarkable talent and her vision to help women through her business is heartwarming and an inspiration to others. Thank you Kay for having the courage to put God first in your life and for using the talent He gave you to create such beautiful things.

PS: It's true confession time -- Kay is actually my sister -- but I thought readers might think I was biased if they knew that! Then I reconsidered and decided to come clean. Every word is true except I didn't "meet her"; I've known her all my life...since she's my OLDER sister. (Sorry, Sis, just had to get that in.) The honest truth is, she is THE best jewelry designer on the planet, sister or otherwise!!!

Kay Parker, in my opinion, is one of the most creative jewelers I have ever seen. She has a true gift that few possess. Her work is exquisite. She masterfully adds brilliant colors and beautiful semi precious stones to create each stunning and unique piece. Each creation is a real work of art! I feel so fortunate to have some CopperSunDesigns masterpieces; in fact, one of the pieces I own is pictured in the homepage slideshow. It's the 6' double lariat made of rhodonite, rhodocroisite, bronzite, freshwater pearls and Bali silver, and the gorgeous earrings to match. I LOVE THIS PIECE! I can always count on compliments when I step out wearing a Kay Parker creation. Dianna Delp Dynasty International
